Research
is a number system that allows all numbers (anything that are represented by numbers, text, pictures, videos etc) to be represented bu only two distinct numbers: 1 and 0. This simplifies computers so that they only have to be able to show those two numbers, also it can be used by high voltages and low. If a more complex number system were used, computers would need to be so much more complex, a lot more precise. The binary system made computers the way we know them possible.

It's kind of like the computer is made up of a bunch of lightswitches, and each lightswitch controls just one lightbulb. On or Off. One or Zero. But if you took all of those lightbulbs together, and said "Let's make each sequence of On-and-Off represent a different number!" Well then, you could get some pretty large numbers.
you had two lightswitches. There are four different ways we could flip those switches:

Both Off
First Off, Second On
First On, Second Off
Both On

Binary Code takes each of those combinations and assigns a number to it, like this:

Both Off = 0
First Off, Second On = 1
First On, Second Off = 2
Both On = 3
Examples;
These artworks represent 'subliminal messages' to reclaim the city and the public spaces as a shared environment, that places our youth at the focus of future development.
This project in my case is designed to inspire the youth in the world of binary. Usually graffiti is communicated with images and text, however binary is not any different to these although it is hard to translate for the people that have no clue of what binary is.

An example on the left;
many informative text is translated into binary that conveys messages to the public, each block of binary (paragraph) is an important point that the student have wanting to share.
