is a single board 'microcontroller' that is used to make electronics thats are more accessible- It consists of open-source hardware. It is sold as a kit called the 'do-it-yourself', it is designed for the people that would like to handle the arduino themselves.
Using the codes, the lights of the bulb were flashing according to the second that were typed on the software. The software is designed to control the arduino, whatever information you type in using the coding language, it converts and presents.
